As the Manager of Training and Development, Janelle brings over 17 years of call center, instructional/eLearning design, and management experience. Janelle earned her Associate’s degree in Accounting from Florida Metropolitan University. Additionally, she has completed 25 hours of Bergerac Training, attended seminars such as Being a Creative Trainer and Emotional Intelligence. Her teaching style is best known for being creative, attentive, and realistic.

Stephanie is a technical-minded professional with an eye for innovation. Her passion for information technology, design, and personal development has helped her excel with StatesideBPO. She has completed Udacity’s Front-End Developer program which led her to build the foundation for Stateside Learning and is currently working on becoming a Full Stack Developer. Stephanie has also attended Full Sail University majoring in Web Design & Development with a focus on Creative Presentation. When she’s not leading a class or working on projects she enjoys her time off entertaining her vast audience with live competitive game plays on Twitch.

Angela Cook’s experience in the call center industry began in 2014 where she started in Operations and most recently transitioned into supporting our training efforts as a trainer. Being a native Oklahoman, she received a BBA in Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma with a focus in professional sales. Thru her education and professional experience, she has keen ability to communicate with a broad range of audiences and learning styles. Angela captivates her classrooms with her energy, experience, and engagement. Angela fuels her deep passion for her clients and customers everyday as she presents new and challenging information
